Ribeauvillé - France

Tonight, we are very proud... Bernard, Hubert, Pierre, Jean, Anne, and all the members of the Trimbach Family are very proud, touched and honored.
We have known now for a few weeks that the Guests of the Nobel Peace Price Dinner would drink our Riesling 2004 Cuvée Frédéric Emile at the Dinner taking place at the Grand Hotel in Oslo on the 10th of December 2009.
We wanted to share this Menu with you all... maybe it can give you some great ideas for the Christmas Dinner coming ! You can also find it here : Menu of the Nobel Peace Price Dinner.
We sincerely hope the wine pleased everyone and that the food combination was great. As Riesling is probably one of the - or maybe the - more versatile grape variety of the world, there is normally no worries to make !
