Pinot Noir « Réserve »

 

Pinot Noir is the only Alsatian red wine. Very typical, it has a beautiful notoriety.


The wine is not going into oak so that the fruit and the wine's elegance are preserved.


It is advised to drink this wine young and fresh, around 14-15 degrees. It perfectly matches smoked meats, red meats, duck and some cheeses.


Ageing potential

 

5 to 10 years
