Our Pinot Gris "Sélection de Grains Nobles" is produced in the best vintages including 1989, 1990 ou 2000 and recently 2005.
The noble rot helps the natural sugar and the acidity of the berries to sometimes reach levels of records !
Thanks to the sugar and acidity kept in the wine, Selection de Grains Nobles can usually be kept years and years... Not 10 years, but 20, 30 and more !
